What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Due to high demand, it can take up to 13 days before you receive your order. We are working hard to optimise our delivery process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
2. Delivery time
Average shipping time: 7–13 business days
Shipping is handled by DHL or otherwise stated
All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click “track your order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, please contact customer service.
