how long do I have to return?
You can start a return up to 14 days after you received your order. Items need to be unworn, with the labels still on.
why store credit?
Store credit gives you 10% extra on top of what you paid, and we cover your return shipping. It's a gift card you can use on anything in the store, with no expiry.
where do I send it?
Once we've reviewed your request, we tell you in WhatsApp exactly how and where to send it. Sometimes you don't need to send it back at all.
my item arrived damaged
Choose "damaged" as the reason and send us a few photos in the WhatsApp chat. Don't send anything back before we've had a look.
