General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Ongoing transaction: A distance agreement relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time.

Durable data carrier: Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance agreement: An agreement concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling, where only one or more techniques for distance communication are used up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.

Technique for distance communication: A means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same place at the same time.

General Terms and Conditions: The present General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.
Article 2 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a cooling-off period of 30 days without giving any reason. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition, in accordance with reasonable instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before a distance agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the terms can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the terms may be provided electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.
If specific product or service conditions also apply, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them in case of conflicting conditions. If any provision is declared void or invalid, the remainder of the agreement will remain in force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by one that closely reflects its original intent.
Situations not covered by these terms must be assessed in the spirit of these terms.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated. The offer is non-binding, and the entrepreneur may modify it.The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products/services. Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur. Images are a true representation but may not perfectly match actual product colours. Each offer clearly states the rights and obligations of the consumer, including:

Payment, delivery, and execution

Acceptance period or price guarantee

Whether the agreement is archived

Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.
Electronic acceptance will be confirmed promptly. Until confirmation, the consumer may cancel the agreement.
The entrepreneur ensures secure data transmission and payment systems. The entrepreneur may assess the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations and may refuse or impose conditions if necessary.
The consumer will receive key information, including:

Warranty details
-
Agreement data
-
Termination conditions
All agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 30 days after receiving the product.
The product should only be used to assess whether it will be kept.
The consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 30 days and return the product within 30 days after notification. Proof of return may be required.
If deadlines are not met, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Payments will be refunded within 30 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been returned or proof of return is supplied.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

Custom-made products

Personal items
-
Perishable goods
-
Market-dependent priced goods
-
Newspapers and magazines
-
Opened media/software
-
Opened hygienic products
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices will not increase during the validity period, except for VAT changes.
Variable pricing may apply for market-dependent products.
Price increases after 3 months are allowed only under conditions.
Printing errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products must meet agreement specifications and legal standards.
Warranty does not affect legal rights.
Defects must be reported within 30 days.
Warranty is void if:

Products are altered or repaired improperly

Products are misused
-
Issues arise from legal material requirements
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Orders are processed carefully and delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
Delays will be communicated, and the consumer may cancel the agreement.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after cancellation.
Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Ongoing Transactions
Consumers may terminate agreements with a notice period of up to one month.
Automatic renewal is restricted.
Trial subscriptions end automatically.
Contracts longer than one year may be terminated after one year with one month’s notice.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be made within 7 working days after the cooling-off period begins.
Consumers must report payment errors immediately.
The entrepreneur may charge reasonable costs in case of non-payment.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovery.
They will be answered within 14 days.
If unresolved, a dispute arises.
Valid complaints may result in replacement or repair.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
